• A RMA (Return Material Authorization) must be requested from the Rubinet area Rep for each return.
• Area Rep will inspect and verify the nature of the return and complete the RMA form.
• When product verification is required, please provide picture or request additional information from our customer service or sales department.
• Returns will be subject to a 50% restocking charge with the exception of chrome finish which is 25%.
• Product being returned on the RMA must refer to the original Rubinet invoice number.
• Rep must sign the RMA and have customer email the RMA to the attention of [email protected] or Fax to the attention of Sue at 905 851 8031
• Rubinet will complete and acknowledge the RMA to the customer. This completed copy of the RMA must accompany any product being returned. The RMA number must also appear on the outside of each parcel.
• All returned product must be in the original carton and be in good saleable condition.
• Refer to shipping address on the RMA form.
• RMA's will be cancelled after 60 days if merchandise is not received.
